UNI/PdR 125:2022
Gender Equality Certification
Since 2025, Bericah S.p.A. has been certified UNI/PdR 125:2022 through the accredited certification body IMQ (Italian Institute of the Quality Mark).
A step forward towards a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable organization.
With the achievement of the UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, Bericah S.p.A. takes a significant step towards the systemic integration of the principles of equal opportunity, inclusion, and social responsibility within its organizational model.
This certification attests to the adoption of a Gender Equality Management System, developed according to the reference practice defined by UNI in collaboration with the Department for Equal Opportunities of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.
In doing so, Bericah joins a growing number of companies that, in line with the objectives of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), actively choose to promote cultural and organizational change towards a more equitable future.
A recognized commitment
The path to certification was driven by the desire to strengthen the central role of equal opportunities between men and women within the organization, fostering a fair working environment based on respect, active listening, and the recognition of talent, regardless of gender.
Gender equality – together with respect, equity, and social responsibility – is a core value for Bericah, expressed through concrete, measurable, and systematic actions.
The Objectives of Our Management System
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certified system promotes:
- Equal opportunities for access, growth, and professional recognition, regardless of gender, age, sexual orientation, or gender identity;
- Safe, inclusive workplaces that respect the dignity of every individual, within a stimulating and collaborative organizational environment;
- Work-life balance, supported by flexible organizational models;
- Support and recognition of parenthood, acknowledging the social and corporate value of caregiving and family responsibilities;
- Active prevention of discriminatory behavior, harassment, and abuse, through dedicated policies, internal training, and listening tools;
- Dialogue and participation, to foster a culture of respect and shared responsibility.
A commitment that involves the entire organization
Gender equality is not a formal goal, but a continuous improvement process that involves everyone in the company.
Top Management has appointed a Gender Equality Officer, providing the necessary resources, skills, and tools to fully integrate these principles into the company’s management system.
The effectiveness of the actions taken is monitored through key performance indicators (KPIs), which are periodically reviewed to ensure transparency, effectiveness, and alignment with the stated objectives.
Communication, transparency, and sharing
As required by the UNI/PdR 125:2022 standard, our Gender Equality Policy is made public and shared with all personnel, partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders, including through this website.
